NRC Collab with Brann Supporters

Each year, The Norwegian Refugee Council highlights the ten most overlooked global crises—situations ignored by society, politicians, and media. Over 100 million people are displaced, yet nobody seems to care.

To raise awareness, we took an unconventional approach, targeting a caring audience: football supporters, particularly Brann fans. Ahead of a crucial home game, we replaced "Brann" with "Congo" in their chants, shining a spotlight on one of the countries on NRC's list. The new chants were seen both in print around Brann city center and on banners at the stadium. The ten countries on the list were written on posters carried by the footballplayers ahead of the game to show support and donate some of the media attention.
